Chaya M. Abrams, Ph.D. LPC LAC is an Assistant Professor (Clinical) at the University of Colorado-Denver in the graduate counseling program within the School of Education and Human Development. She teaches graduate level Counseling courses and her areas of focus in research include historical trauma, historical trauma response (HTR), transgenerational trauma, study of psychotherapeutic connection through sacred stories, ancestral bonding, and anti-Semitism on university campuses.
